Note: Do not assume you have the latest version of QuickTime. Check for updates on the QuickTime websites, or follow the directions below.
To auto-detect if you are using the latest version of QuickTime, follow these simple steps:
a.) Open your QuickTime player.
b.) Click Edit > Preferences > Quicktime Preferences.
c.) Select "Update Check" in the list of settings.
d.) Check the box labeled "Check for Updates Automatically".
e.) Close QuickTime and restart the player.
Compatible Browsers
PC Users: Firefox, Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher OR Netscape 4.79 and higher

Macintosh Users: We strongly recommend Safari or Firefox for all Macintosh OS X users. For OS 9 and earlier, Internet Explorer 5.2, or Netscape will serve.

AOL Users: Squirtz has been fully tested and is compatible with AOL. While our service will work with the AOL browser, we strongly recommend using the latest version of Internet Explorer for a more trouble-free experience. All you have to do is log into AOL, minimize AOL, and then launch Internet Explorer.
FireWall Users
For best results, please completely disable your Firewall before trying to use our services.

Windows XP Firewall Solution:
You may experience problems accessing our services using Windows XP. There are some simple steps you can follow to possibly correct this:

Please ensure that you do not have your Windows XP Personal Firewall running when accessing our services.

a.) Temporarily disable Windows XP's software firewall.
b.) Click on start menu > settings > control panel > Then double click on the Network Connections Icon.
c.) Right click on your default connection and choose properties.
d.) Select the advanced tab and uncheck the Internet Connection Firewall box.
NOTE: You will have to quit your connection to the internet and log back in for the settings to take effect.
Cookies
Be certain that you have your COOKIES TURNED ON and set to "ACCEPT COOKIES".
Pop-up Blockers
Pop-Up blockers may prevent some aspects of this site from working properly. Please disable Pop-up blockers in your browser settings.
